Daddy Daughter Date

Ofeina has been talking about getting her ears pierced for the past couple of months. I keep telling her the next time we go to the mall we'll do it.  Going to the mall with our gang is quite the adventure so it has just never happened.  On Monday Pila decided to take her on a daddy daughter date and get them pierced then.  I was a little worried because she doesn't take pain very well, but Pila said she didn't even whimper.

She was really excited because she got to get 14k gold heart earrings, so of course as soon as she got home she couldn't wait to tell her brothers all about it. 

After she got them pierced.  She's as happy as can be, cleans them religiously and luckily they haven't gotten sore or anything like that.  Pila said if it was up to her they would have gotten Meilani's ears pierced while they were at it.  I said, nope, she has to wait until she's 8:)
