I'm not the best parent when it comes to holidays. We've never decorated very much (except at Christmas) I could never justify spending money on things like that (I'm trying to get over this "cheapness" for the sake of my kids:)) last year we completely missed carving pumpkins because we were too late and all of the pumpkins were gone. This year we bought them extra early but didn't carve them for about 3 weeks because in AZ it's so hot that they only last 2-3 days outside.
Pila got to help the kids while I took the pictures:) See the table cloth?! It's one of those plastic ones that cleans off easy...my attempt at decorating for Halloween, along with our monster toilet. Somebody put a hot pan on the table cloth a few days after I bought it, of course the table cloth melted and stuck to the pan....exposing all of its fluffy insides. Soon after that a few kids (I won't name names, but you know who you are) thought it shouldn't be on the table anymore. We'll try again at Christmas:)
