Spring Sports

I did a crazy thing this year....signed all 3 boys up for a sport. I let them choose...Ami and Mana chose basketball, Misi chose flag football. After the first day I knew I had made a big mistake and that we were in for a busy 8 weeks!! They all had practice at different locations, some on the same days....10-15 minutes apart. Not to mention their games all overlapping, so we had to split up to go to all of the games. It was almost a relief when the doctor told Mana no more sports because of his broken arm!! I'm not a huge fan of over scheduling my kids or myself so this was a bit insane....something we will never do again:) since Mana's season was cut short i didn't get any pictures of him on this phone (the old one yes...but we all know that phones fate). Mana's first game was funny...he had absolutely no idea of what he was supposed to do, all he knew was stick his hands out to the sides and "defend" a lot of the time there was nobody within 5-10 feet of him that he could defend. But as time went by he got better and understood the game  more and more. All that counts was that he really enjoyed it:) Misi really liked flag football also, even when he didn't have to go to practices (because he knew he would miss the games) he wanted to go.

Pila went to his final game and forgot to take any pictures, but I would say Misi had a good, fun season and would like to try baseball next time. 

Ofeina and I went to Ami's last game so we got a lot of pictures. Ami had fun, but didn't love it this season. He had really great coaches but didn't get the ball very often. We'll see what happens next year and what the boys decide to do:)
