One of the many reason I was so excited to move to Utah was the cool summer evenings. Sometimes I have to remind myself that it's the middle of July and not January (like it would have been in AZ) I was really hoping to get out on my bike more this summer, but I've been so exhausted with this pregnancy that most nights riding a bike sounds like a monumental task. Soooo....I sit in a chair and watch the kids ride their bikes instead:)
Ofeina, Ami, and Pila were all at scouts/YW so we hung out outside to wait for them.
Meilani had Pila help her take her training wheels off a few nights ago and she has become a pro at riding her bike by herself. She is so so proud of herself, and we are too!! (she even earned her "card." Misi and Ami have taped a card onto their bike so that when they ride it it flaps against the spokes of the bike and makes a motor bike sound. They told Meilani when she got good enough on her bike they would give her a card too:))
Along with the bikes we brought from Arizona the kids have been able to find a few more in Grandma and Grandpa's garage so everybody in the family has one that they can ride. They spend quite a bit of time outside riding bikes and we all love it!!
