Mana and his best buddy Paxton, (my older sister Jalizabeth's son) Paxton is 2 months older than Mana and whenever these two are together they have the best time!! I'm sure they will always be inseparable!!
My mom had bought a bunch of new costumes at Kmart during the after Halloween sale, and of course this little girl was soooo excited (doesn't it look like it;)
We were very lucky to get to go to the Meyer family Christmas party this year. (my mom's side of the family) It's usually before Christmas, and we are never in town, but this year one of my cousins got home from his mission and had his homecoming on the 27th so they combined both activities. My Grandma always goes out of her way to get every single person a gift, and there are A LOT of us!! This year she made all of the great grandkids plates. My kids love theirs and want to eat on them all the time.
The day after Christmas the flu began.....it hit a few kids....
then a few more. Pila had to fly home on Sunday the 28th in order to work the next day. He got hit with it in Arizona. I was the only one that didn't get it. I have been so fortunate this pregnancy, knock on wood, I haven't gotten any sickness of any kind.
Meilani loved the snow, would bundle up, then just stand there....wondering if she should actually go out in it.
I got to sneak in to get an ultrasound, here's a 3D picture of our little guy. I can't believe he'll be here in less than 4 weeks!! We can't wait to meet him!!
More Snow, this was taken on New Year's Eve. The kids and my dad were out lighting fireworks. My mom and I opted to sit in the house and watch from the window. I'm not a big fan of the cold:)
Almost every day the kids bundled up and my little brother Jake would pull them around on a sled that was attached to the 4-wheeler. Luckily Grandma has quite the stash of winter clothes, because all we could find at our house was winter jackets!!
Needless to say, we had a great time in Richfield. The night before we were supposed to leave I had terrible pregnancy insonia, and only got like 3 hours of sleep. I was a little nervous to drive with 5 kids, 8 hours, on 3 hours of sleep, but it turned out fine. We made good time, I didn't get too tired, and we got to return home to our favorite person:)
