The day before Mother's Day Pila got home from seeing his patients, and whisked me away to the mall for a little shopping. I don't think I have gone shopping in a mall for at least 10 years prior to this!! No money means you don't tempt yourself by going to malls:) we got through a few stores and then Ofeina called to tell us Izzy was awake. We rushed through a few more stores and then headed home. I got some new workout clothes (we are trying to "make" ourselves work out more) shirts, jeans, and a skirt. We had some friends over for a BBQ that night so that meant our house also got deep cleaned (which is always on my Mother's Day list:))
The kids made me breakfast in bed before church.

And I got to snuggle with this handsome little guy while waiting for my breakfast.

I decided I wanted to take an after church picture every year from now on, so that I could see how much my babies change every year:)
I will say the same thing every year, and that is that I love my kids, they will always be my babies....no matter how old they get. And I will forever be grateful to Pila, for choosing a career where I can stay home and do what I've always dreamed of doing...and that is being a mom:)

What a great family picture! We are long overdue for one. Your kids are growing up super fast.
