Early Church, Messy Baby, and Straight Hair

This year our church starts at 8:00am!! It was a bit of a challenge at first, but as long as I get everybody's clothes ironed and laid out the night before and everybody showers the night before, we are good to go. Haven't been late yet:)

The other night one of the older kids said Meilani  and Izzy are going to have such a strong bond. I think they're right:)

Meilani has to start doing chores like everybody else. Some days she loves doing it, others she hates it. Some days she likes to "vacuum her skin."

The most amazing thing happened one night;) Meilani gave Izzy some chocolate and then like "magic" he ate it and it melted on his shirt....Meilani was amazed:) 

One of the boys' favorite wrestlers has this little tiny patch of hair on his chin, the boys are always trying to replicate it by spilling something on themselves. Izzy ate a cupcake and got his crumb in almost the perfect spot...so I took this picture to show the boys:)

Ofeina decided to straighten Meilani's hair for her.

Meilani looked so much older with her hair straightened. The boys weren't too thrilled with it, and Pila teased her relentlessly about how pretty and grown up she looked:)
