New Years Eve 2015

While we were in Richfield Izzy broke out in a terrible hive rash. The pictures don't make it look that bad but it was literally from his bum up to his eyes. The rash just kept spreading up his body, it was really strange. I'm sure it was an allergic reaction to something, I've just got to figure out what. The only thing I can think of that he ate (that wasn't in his everyday normal diet) was olives. He went to bed give free (early in the day he had eaten olives) and when he woke up they had started in his diaper area, so I would think that if it were olives he would have gotten the hives right after, he ate them...but who knows!! We gave him some baby Benadryl and they cleared out pretty fast:)
Pila and I are kid of big homebodies. We go out once a week or so, but most of the time we're pretty anxious to get home to our kids and just relax. It's not that we don't like/want to hang out with friends, most of the time we would rather be home. (Notice I said "most of the time";)) New Year's Eve was no different, we were all a little bit sick with a cold/flu, it was chilly outside, notice I'm probably the only one cold and wearing my heavy winter coat. So we decided to just hang out at home. Pila took the kids to Walmart to buy a TV for the playroom (their final Christmas present) and some snacks. They spent most of the night setting up the TV and all of their electronics, while Pila and I basked in the quiet:) I finally made them come down and play monopoly with me around 10:00, and we called the game a few minutes before midnight.
Blurry picture, but this was their midnight celebration. I can't believe 2015 is over!! With the birth of Izzy and the craziness of a growing business the year honestly flew right on by...which is so bittersweet!! My babies are getting older, more mature, and independent. Pila and I celebrated our 13th wedding anniversary, Pila went from being a 1st year resident to a 2nd year. LittleVMen went from selling 800-900 items a month to around 2000 a month, and we got to make so many memories. Bring on 2016!! We can't wait:)
