We forgot to take our "traditional" Mother's Day picture after church, so I made the kids take one afterwards....with the help of a couch pillow, and camera timer:)
As I sure you've heard over and over again, being a mom is hard/easy....I try to be selfless, but some of the time I'm selfish. The sound of the kids playing nicely together, or Izzy walking through the house repeating the word "Ma" over and over, while trying to find me, makes my mommy heart so happy. Of course it's not all roses at our house, the kids bicker and argue a lot, I yell way more that I should, and the phrase "get your jobs done" comes out of my mouth 25+ times a day, but I'm hoping I'm teaching them something, and that someday it will stick!! With that being said....I've always wanted to be a mom, and thanks to Pila and our babies my everyday is filled with "mom stuff" and I really really love it.
I'm a sucker for these mom surveys the kids fill out. I'm in the primary presidency and was in charge of sharing time on Mother's Day so of course I included them in our day:)
